The 10 graduate certificates offered by the VT-MIT program can be earned as stand-alone credentials officially conferred by the university or as part of the degree program.

Entry Requirements

Applicants are required to have:

- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university with an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher. Some well-qualified applicants with below a 3.0 GPA may be considered.

- More than three years of professional work experience. Some well-qualified applicants with fewer than three years of post-undergraduate experience may be considered.

- Knowledge of an object-oriented programming language or plans to acquire this knowledge in their first semester.
