The Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) programme provides the formal training required to qualify as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner.

The programme was developed from a governmental white paper that discussed the devastating effect that depression and anxiety disorders have on individuals, their families and society.

The training is a combination of teaching, skills practice, directed reading, online learning, workshops, clinical seminar skills groups and clinical practice under supervision in an NHS funded service.

Entry Requirements

- A 2:2 degree in any subject, or with at least 60-credits in psychology
- English Language GCSE Grade 4 (C) or above, or equivalent
- Other academic qualifications of an equivalent standard, and substantial work experience and achievements at work demonstrating ability to study successfully at a postgraduate level can be taken into account.

Apply to start one of the applicable courses in January 2024
Apply between 1st October 2023 and 15 January 2024
Students that are eligible for more than one scholarship - will be awarded the scholarship of highest value only.

Application Procedure

You do not need to apply for this scholarship. It will be applied to your tuition fee so long as you meet the eligibility criteria. Once you have enrolled on to your chosen course, the discount will be visible on your University of Bradford account.
