Human Resource Management (Top-Up) (MA)

Course Description

Open up a wealth of career opportunities in human resource management, people management or people development with our top-up course.

If you have already acquired your Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, this course will allow you to top-up your studies to a masters level by preparing you to write a dissertation relevant to your organisation. You will gain skills in leadership and problem solving, and be able to influence and contribute to the human resource strategies, policies and procedures within any business.

You will be well supported during your studies and you will receive personal tutoring for two days in October, January and March when you attend sessions at our University. We will also support you as you work elsewhere in your own time and at your own pace.

If you wish to apply through this route you should refer to our University Recognition of Prior Learning policy that is available on our website (http://www.leedsbeckett.ac.uk/studenthub/recognition-of-prior-learning.htm).

Please note that all applicants to our University are required to meet our standard English language requirement of GCSE grade C or equivalent, variations to this will be listed on the individual course entry requirements.

You will have the skills, knowledge and confidence to seek promotion within your own organisation, progression within another business, or you could manage your own company.
