"Studying for the MSc Human Resource Management at Aberdeen Business School of RGU has been very rewarding to me personally.
"I had experience working in HR back home but the MSc course at RGU has given me a much greater depth of understanding outside of the workplace. The key areas of HRM were broadly explored in the course, including evidence from leading global organisations.
"The different approaches to teaching and learning at the Business School, like case study discussions, presentations and group work has greatly sharpened my skills in communication, writing, problem solving and IT proficiency. Overall studying HRM MSc at Aberdeen Business School has been a worthwhile experience. To top it all completing the course has given me an associate membership of one of the largest HR professional bodies in the world; the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD)."
I have been really impressed with the encouragement, enthusiasm and support received by all lecturers at all stages of the course. Each module and assignment has covered relevant issues in today’s business environment which makes the course really relatable and applicable to the real world.
