About the course
This course is ideal for those who aim to pursue a career in HRM. It is suitable for anyone whose work is business related. Participants can progress from a PgDip into an MSc, studying literature review, research design, qualitative and quantitative data collection, and analysis. Your dissertation will examine an HR issue in depth and a supervisor will assist you.
Entry Requirements
120 credits at Level 7 in a human resources-related subject.
Candidates with non standard qualifications but with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Scholarships
Through the generous support of Kingston alumni to the Annual Fund, we offer approximately 20 postgraduate scholarships to UK students (classified as 'home' students for fees purposes) each year for courses starting in September. The aim is to encourage academic excellence and allow talented graduates to continue to higher levels of learning and research.
The scholarship offers a £3,000 (full time) or £1,500 (part time) reduction in fees for taught masters courses in the:
- Kingston School of Art
- Faculty of Business and Social Sciences
- Faculty of Science, Engineering and Computing

Eligibility
To be considered, you must:
- have already received an offer of a place to study at Kingston on an eligible course
- be classed as 'home' for fees purposes
- have a first-class honours in a previous degree with additional evidence of academic excellence
