In 2023-2024, the MA Higher Education will be offered as a Distance learning programme only (so, fully online, with no need to travel to the campus).

Entry Requirements

First degree of 2.2 or above (good academic standing).
Applicants are usually employed in higher or tertiary education organisations contributing to the educational process for adult learners (aged 18 and over) or are affiliated with the education of adults through private education providers.
Advanced entry to the MA Higher Education may be possible if applicants already hold a relevant postgraduate certificate or diploma.
Candidates will need a high level of competence in the use of English, equivalent to at least 6.5 in the IELTS test or TOEFL 575 (paper based), 237 (computer based).
