Our MA Healthcare Practice is the ideal choice if you have a postgraduate diploma, or 120 credits at Level 7 and would like to convert this to a Master's.

Continuing professional development (CPD)

Our MA is a top-up degree comprising of two of three modules which will further develop your leadership skills, academic rigour and ability to link research to practice. You will build on your existing postgraduate skills and knowledge and increase your confidence in appraisal of literature.

We encourage scholarship and autonomy by building independent thinkers who understand the link between academic discipline in the classroom and the post-study world.

We are proud of our ability to nurture creativity and enterprise by developing effective communicators. With us, you will learn to be technologically confident and competent when encountering unfamiliar situations. We will also develop your expertise and awareness of ethical issues.

Employers are progressively looking for more people with competent research skills who are able to deliver evidence based practice. As part of your studies you will carry out an independent research informed study. Here you will devise and present a proposal for a change project.
