Health Psychology MSc

This part-time online masters programme is a BPS-accredited MSc for psychology graduates working in healthcare and related fields. The programme provides Stage 1 Training towards becoming a Registered Health Psychologist, and is designed to enhance your knowledge of applying psychology to health, illness and wellbeing.

Over 6 core modules you will cover the individual, social and cultural contexts and perspectives in health psychology, and the methods and applications in research and practice. The chance to specialise in a research area of particular interest will be available in a supervised, independent dissertation, worth 60 out of a total of 180 credits.

Entry Requirements

To enrol in the programme, applicants will requireEITHER
• At least a 2:1 honours degree in psychology conferring eligibility for GBC membership of the British Psychological Society (or National/international Equivalent e.g. PSI)OR
• An accredited MSc Psychology conversion programme with a merit grade or above
• Provide evidence of competence in written and spoken English (GCSE grades A-C or equivalent)
