Graduate Diploma in Educational Studies

Course Description

If you are a teacher with three years' training or if education relates to your field of work, this course provides you with an opportunity to further your professional development in general educational studies. It provides a fourth year qualification for teachers with three years' training or a qualification in education for nurses or other professionals who wish to pursue studies in professional education related to their own environment. It is also a pathway to Masters-level study (satisfying requirements for the first year).

This course is not a professional entry course, it is a teacher development course for people involved in teaching at any level. It may either add a specialist qualification for teachers who are already registered or lead to further study opportunities in the broad field of education.
