This programme is offered in partnership with the University for the Creative Arts, an institution that has been ranked 13th out of all UK universities in The Guardian League Tables 2020 and ranked 7th in business, marketing and management (The Guardian League Tables 2021).
Entry Requirements
Minimum age: 21
Academic qualifications: Strong undergraduate degree from a recognised university. If you do not meet the academic requirements, you may be assessed on relevant work experience. You must have at least 3 years of management experience.
English language requirements:
Official English Tests
- IELTS – minimum OS 6.0 (with min 5.5 in each component);
- Password test – minimum OS 6.0 (with min 5.5 in each component);
- PTE (Academic) – minimum OS of 56 ( with min 51 in each component);
- TOEFL IBT OS 80 (Listening 17, Reading 18, Speaking 20, Writing 17);

Seksaf Mohammed Rafik - Global MBA

Why did you choose to study Global MBA in BSBI?
Choosing to study a master’s in business was just a matter of time. I realised when I was working as a sales engineer, I needed to know more about the markets, about business, how to manage team and how to manage budget under certain conditions. I found all of that and even more by choosing the Global MBA at BSBI.
What do you like about the teaching methodologies?
The lecturers here are very renowned. They are very experienced, they provide very good methodologies and keep you connected to the course. They provide us with real life case studies and they ask us to solve them and develop mind solving skills.
How is your experience in campus?
I would first like to talk about the students. The students here come from different backgrounds, from everywhere in the world and they speak different languages which is something good, to create a diverse culture on campus. The staff here are very friendly and very supportive, especially during this pandemic. In addition to all of that, they provide us with workshops that help us to enhance our career and to solve our daily issues.
How was the experience living in Berlin?
I was surprised of the environment. The culture here in Berlin is very rich and very diverse. There are people from everywhere. I also like the environment, it is helpful to study and to enhance your career. I like the green spaces and also, I like the food here.
Advice for future students of BSBI?
My advice for future students is to plan ahead. If you decide to have a career related to business, I would definitely recommend BSBI in relation to the quality of the study, to the budget and to your future career.

Manali Shetty talks about why she decided to study at BSBI and her study experience. Manali is from India and studied our Global MBA programme.
Why did you choose to study with BSBI?
I joined MBA in BSBI because I come from a business-oriented family, and I wanted to learn more about the business. I researched a lot about schools and then I got to know more about BSBI. Taking into consideration the fee structures and the teaching modules, I opted for this school.
Why did you choose the Global MBA programme?
I chose Global MBA because I have done my bachelor’s in commerce, and I wanted to continue my field of education and do the same. I thought that I would get deep knowledge of the business field so I thought I would choose this course.
What are the lecturers like at BSBI?
The lecturers are very friendly, and they are very happy to help you in every possible way.
How have you found living in Berlin?
Berlin is awesome. The people here are friendly and the culture in India is totally different from Germany.
What are your plans after finishing your studies with BSBI?
I’ll be planning first to settle down in Germany and to set up my own business, maybe a start-up, then do something great because I come from a business family, and I have my own wholesale shop. Either I’ll export my own business to Germany or something like that.
What advice do you have for future students of BSBI?
I would suggest to the students who are wanting to study in BSBI, here, the lecturers try to push you hard and BSBI is a great place to study so that you can come with your own thoughts, knowledge and explore new things. It is a good chance to set up your career.
