an internationally recognized academic degree in any discipline → successful candidates will typically possess a min. B+ average (approx. 75%) in their undergraduate degree; at least 3 years of postgraduate working experience; leadership potential; internationality; fluency in English (TOEFL or IELTS, academic test); min. GMAT score of 600
