About the course

This four year integrated BSc (undergraduate) and MSci (postgraduate) course will teach you to apply scientific principles to athletic performance at the highest levels of football. You’ll learn to analyse how physical activity and exercise generates health in athletes and, through detailed knowledge of physiological systems, make recommendations that ensure athletes can fulfil their full potential.

Entry Requirements

128 UCAS tariff points from A-levels or equivalent.
A minimum of two completed A-levels, a BTEC Extended Diploma at DDM or equivalent.
Mathematics, English and science at GCSE, at grade 4 or above (previously grade C).
Desirable: A-level physical education or human biology, or equivalent.
All successful applicants will be required to undertake a criminal record check processed through the Disclosure and Barring Service.
Applicants must attend an interview as part of the application process.

Transfer from the BSc to the MSci course requires an average mark of at least 55 over year 2 (L5) of the BSc course
