About the course

This exciting and challenging degree provides science and engineering graduates with technical, operational and business knowledge. It develops your skills for a career in food production or technical management in the food industry. 

  • Get real-life experiences through a series of visits to food industries and events, and a three-month industry placement, where you'll see the latest technologies in the food industry
  • Guest lectures from external speakers provide expertise in specific research areas or leadership in industry.  
  • Our Food Processing Facility provides equipment and test facilities to replicate industry. Including a development kitchen, quality control laboratory and sensory analysis suite

Entry Requirements

2:2 level or above (or its international equivalent) in a natural or applied science discipline or in an engineering discipline such as chemical, agricultural or food engineering.

IELTS: 6.5 with at least 6.0 in each element
