Immerse yourself in hands-on filmmaking and real production budgets on this practical course. Creativity and collaboration will be at the heart of your learning, which will take place in the University's Northern Film School, giving you access to industry-standard equipment and facilities.

Informed by professional film production techniques and processes, this course will give you the opportunity to gain specialist knowledge in key areas, including producing, directing, cinematography and editing. Entry Requirements

Applicants should either have at least a second class honours degree or have equivalent experience or training, normally from within the work environment.

All suitable candidates will be required to submit a portfolio or showreel. A guidance document is available. All applications should be supported by a reference, either academic or professional. All applicants should satisfy our University English language requirements.
