Designed to support your professional development, the MA Fashion Innovation and Realisation degree at Liverpool John Moores University will encourage you to push the creative boundaries within fashion design and communication.
You will be encouraged to think differently, innovate and realise appropriate design solutions within a studio culture designed to support your creativity.
MA Fashion Innovation and Realisation offers a blend of theory and practice and will enable you to focus on your own specialist area of design, in disciplines such as fashion communication, editorial, branding, trend prediction, fashion photography, fashion design, garment production, textiles and fabrication development.
Developed specifically for those with a design background or relevant qualification, this modular programme will allow you to develop your knowledge of fashion practical skills and theory, and explore your individual style whilst being challenged to innovate through a series of taught components including studio and collaborative practice before completing a major project around your chosen specialism. You will also have opportunities to undertake field trips to further enhance your learning experience. You will be part of the School of Art and Design’s thriving interdisciplinary creative community, which brings together students from varied subject areas to promote collaboration, share ideas and expertise.
