About the course
Our European Union Law programme is a distance-learning course covering a wide range of important EU Law topics, such as free movement of goods and people, competition law, anti-discrimination law, external relations and judicial review. You will gain an in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of the most important theoretical and practical aspects of EU law, with a particular emphasis on the Treaties of the European Union.
This programme is generally studied by professionals alongside their full time work commitments.
Entry Requirements
2:1 undergraduate degree in law or in a related discipline, or be a qualified barrister or solicitor. In order to meet the academic entry requirements for this programme you should have a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree with a final mark of at least 60% or above in the UK marking scheme. If you are still studying you should be achieving an average of at least 60% or above in the UK marking scheme.
Applications from candidates who have achieved a comparable academic level through past studies may also be considered.
