Environmental Law modules:
The Environment and Legal Control – in this module you will look at the historical development of the legal regulation of the environment. You will further examine the UK and EU legal systems in which environmental law is framed and gain an understanding of use of civil penalties in an environmental law context.

Dissertation You must also undertake a dissertation, providing an invaluable opportunity to work in depth on a particular aspect of the law. You will need to apply and enhance your technical knowledge and critical awareness in a subject of your choice. In order to obtain the LLM in Environmental Law and Practice it is necessary to write a dissertation with an environmental law theme.
