Why this course?

Enterprise information systems provide technology to help organisations co-ordinate their business processes and achieve their strategic goals. They are complex systems. Their design requires high-level technical skills and an understanding of business management.

This course will help you meet the challenges in designing enterprise information systems. You’ll gain new skills in:

  • understanding business processes
  • large-scale data management
  • human factors important in constructing enterprise information systems

You’ll study

MSc students undertake an individual research project on an approved topic.

Learning & teaching

Teaching methods include lectures, tutorials and practical laboratories. Dissertation is by supervision.
