Our Employee Relations programme offers a unique educational opportunity for anyone concerned with the development of effective workplace relations. It prepares students to operate as effective practitioners who comply with the highest professional standards and continuously develop their professional capability.
The course has been designed and developed with large employers and unions who are members of the Employee Relations Institute. Through this unique collaboration, you will develop the understanding and skills needed to enhance your employability and contributions to the workplace.

Our current students are all from large organisations and trade unions.
A 2:2 honours degree, although you are not expected to have a first degree or prior experience of studying at university. Experience in a working role directly involved in the employment relationship is essential. Entry is through the Postgraduate Certificate only.
