About the course
The School of Electronic Engineering at Bangor houses academics, researchers and students of international standing. The School offers an MRes programme in Electronic Engineering, with a variety of specialist areas of study available: Optoelectronics; Optical Communications; Organic Electronics; Polymer Electronics; Micromachining; Nanotechnology; VLSI Design; Bio-Electronics; Microwave Devices.
Each programme is aligned to the research conducted within the School.
Entry Requirements
We welcome candidates who have gained an Honours degree in Electronic Engineering, Physics or a related scientific discipline, at a 2(ii) level or higher or the international equivalent. Applicants with initial degrees in other disciplines will be considered on an individual basis, with the assessment based on the applicant’s potential to succeed on, and benefit from, the course.
