Helen Pratten

I was already in my headship when I decided to return to university. I am always telling my pupils that they should never stop learning, and the time felt right for me to lead by example . Doing the masters gave me the opportunity to read, research and reflect on my practice. Consequently, I have made changes to the way that I lead, which in turn has had a really positive impact on the school.
