If you want to take your previous studies or recent, relevant work experience to the next level, our MA Digital Marketing degree course will develop your technical skills and practical experience in digital media and marketing, increasing your appeal to employers and giving you the edge over your competition.

Almost every industry needs digital marketing experts and when you graduate, you'll have the skills to take on roles in areas such as e-commerce, marketing, advertising and social media.

When you finish the course, our Careers and Employability service will help you find a job that puts your skills to work in the digital marketing industry. After you leave the University, you can get help, advice and support for up to 5 years from our Careers and Employability service as you advance in your career.

Teaching​

Each academic year is divided into 2 teaching blocks and an assessment period:

  • Autumn teaching block – September to December
  • Spring teaching block – January to Easter
  • Assessment period – Easter to June

Most teaching takes place during the day, Monday to Friday. You can also use many of the facilities and get support from Faculty staff in the evenings and weekends. There’s no teaching on Wednesday afternoons. You may occasionally need to go to University and course events in the evenings and at weekends.

This course will give you the knowledge and practical skills to use digital media in a marketing environment.

You'll be in a strong position to pursue a career in fields including:
