Please note: This course is open to international students only.

This Master’s in Clinical Dentistry (MClinDent) is ideal if you’re a dental professional who’s looking to gain advanced skills in implant treatment.

On this course you’ll undertake authentic clinical training and education, delivered both online and face-to-face, preparing you to provide safe and appropriate treatment as part of your clinical practice. The main focus is on patient management and the delivery of appropriate, evidence-based clinical care. There are supporting modules on critical appraisal, research strategies and clinical audit.

Entry Requirements

Applicants will be registered with an appropriate regulatory body and have a licence to be a dental therapist.
Be registered with a defence union - possessing indemnity insurance with cover at an appropriate level.
Be in professional practice or a hospital appointment while attending the course.
Hold a current certificate of immunisation against communicable disease Hepatitis B.
Have sufficient competency in English language (IELTS: 7.0 or equivalent).

DBS: all potential students must undergo an enhanced DBS check prior to admittance to the programme.
All suitable applicants will be interviewed.
