About the course

Cyberphysical systems integrate computation with physical objects and processes. Examples of cyberphysical systems are:

  • 'smart' devices in the home such as a smart meter or fridge
  • voice assistant devices
  • driverless vehicles
  • medical monitoring equipment 
  • wearable devices
  • robotic assistants

Our course is designed for students with a background in computer science or a related field with analytical skills. You'll learn the principles of integrated system design and computational and cyberphysical systems methods and tools.

2:1 (or international equivalent) with a background or interest for programming. Graduates from a science or engineering background will be considered with a 55% average mark.
