Our course structure allows you to gain a personally tailored skill set, a detailed awareness of the fusion of creative, cultural, technological, social and political forces within the Creative Industries Sector and Screen and Broadcast Industries, and a deep understanding of the theories which underpin these areas.

The course offers work-related learning through the module Creative Skills 2, either as a placement in the screen and broadcast industries and/or work on a professional project.

Course Details

Our Creative Media Practice course is a progressive suite of innovative postgraduate courses designed for practitioners and new entrants to the Creative Industries including Media and Screen and Broadcast.

Our course provides both a sound academic context and an exciting creative space within which to explore interfaces between ideas and creative practice and professional production. You will receive a unique blend of:

Graduates have found roles such as independent producer; scripwriter; TV development producer; documentary maker; and digital media producer/developer. 

For graduates of of design for the moving image, careers include artist filmmaker and motion graphics designer.
