A second class undergraduate honours degree in a relevant discipline, or
A second class undergraduate honours degree in an unrelated discipline and significant relevant work experience within the built environment, or
A recognised appropriate professional qualification such as RICS or CIOB

This course is recommended for applicants looking to enhance current knowledge and gain specialism in the construction law and practice. Typically, you will have existing academic and/or professional background in the legal or built environment professions.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this scholarship you must be applying for the first year of full-time study on an eligible postgraduate master’s programme in the 2021-22 academic year.

If you're a postgraduate applicant, you must hold an offer for an eligible programme, achieve a first-class degree and meet your offer conditions by the admission's deadline.

You may apply for this scholarship if you have already been awarded a different scholarship. However, in line with the terms and conditions, you can only receive one scholarship - the one with the highest value.

Application Procedure

There is no separate application process for this scholarship. You will be assessed when you apply for your chosen programme of study for the 2021-22 intake. If you are successfully offered this scholarship, you must accept your offer of admission and pay your tuition fee deposit by the deadline specified in order to receive the funding.
