Shape the future built environment

Construction law and practice affects stakeholders working across the international construction sector. This course will provide you with the legal knowledge and commercial awareness required to perform your current role more effectively or to move into a specialist role in construction law.

The full master's award is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), allowing exemption from their academic entry requirements, as well as ensuring that you are educated to the highest industry standards.

Entry Requirements

To apply for the LLM pathway, you will need a minimum of:
- a second class undergraduate honours qualifying law degree, or
- a recognised and relevant professional legal qualification

We also welcome enquiries from applicants who may not meet the formal/traditional entry criteria, but do hold relevant experience or skills that could facilitate successful postgraduate study. Eligibility

To be eligible for this scholarship you must be applying for the first year of full-time study on an eligible postgraduate master’s programme in the 2021-22 academic year.

If you're a postgraduate applicant, you must hold an offer for an eligible programme, achieve a first-class degree and meet your offer conditions by the admission's deadline.

You may apply for this scholarship if you have already been awarded a different scholarship. However, in line with the terms and conditions, you can only receive one scholarship - the one with the highest value.

Application Procedure

There is no separate application process for this scholarship. You will be assessed when you apply for your chosen programme of study for the 2021-22 intake. If you are successfully offered this scholarship, you must accept your offer of admission and pay your tuition fee deposit by the deadline specified in order to receive the funding.
