About the course

Birkbeck’s innovative new LLM in Commercial Law is a research-led course focusing on the law governing private economic relations and businesses. A highly relevant area of legal practice, knowledge of commercial law will prove useful in your career in law or in the corporate sector. It is also an area which raises a series of fundamental questions about our economy.

The LLM degree in Commercial Law helps you gain a thorough and practical knowledge of the most important aspects of modern commercial law. Entry Requirements

A second-class honours degree (2:2) in law or in any degree programme related to the aims and content of the course. Relevant work experience will also be considered.
