About the course

Expand your theoretical knowledge and develop the skills and approaches needed to grow as a professional coach or mentor with our MA in Coaching and Mentoring Practice. 

The course is delivered by our International Centre for Coaching and Mentoring Studies. You will:

  • integrate your work and life experiences with the theoretical concepts underpinning coaching and mentoring
  • expand your knowledge of theories.

With the support of a unique blend of tutor input and individual coach-supervisor support, you will apply your knowledge to a variety of working contexts. 

You could be new to coaching and mentoring or an established coach or mentor. This course is aimed at:

  • internal or external coaches
  • consultants
  • mentor co-ordinators
  • coaching psychologists
  • counsellors
  • managers
  • human resources

Entry Requirements

You should normally have a first degree or equivalent professional experience.

However, If you do not have a degree, in some cases your experience and other educational activities may equip you to be able to succeed in study at this level. We will consider you application and you may be invited for interview in order to discuss your needs.

If you have already gained a coaching or mentoring qualification at an appropriate level, you may be given exemption from the Practice Fundamentals module.
