The Standard Entry requirements are GCSE Maths and English (C) or equivalent, plus at least 2 years' relevant work experience. This programme is open to candidates who do not hold a degree but can demonstrate appropriate experience, either as an existing HR practitioner, as a manager or prior learning through business-related experience of managing and supervising people at work.
