Entry Requirements

Bachelor's degree equivalent to a Swedish Kandidatexamen within the humanities, social sciences or the behavioral sciences with a major (or its equivalent) relevant to the programme. Examples of fields relevant to the programme are anthropology, education, history, communication studies, media studies, language studies, psychology, social work, sociology and political sicence.

English corresponding to the level of English in Swedish upper secondary education (English 6/B). Exemption from Swedish 3.


Fees

Citizens from within the EU/EEA and Switzerland: No tuition fees , All others: 177,600 SEK (approx.16,500 USD/ 15,300 Euro)

LiU International Scholarships are aimed at supporting international students with significant academic potential from countries outside the European Union/European Economic Area (and Switzerland) who are required to pay tuition fees. We offer a limited number of LiU International Scholarships to new students. The tuition fees for a student awarded a LiU International Scholarship are reduced by 25, 50, 75 or 100%.

- have chosen a master’s programme at Linköping University as their first priority
(ranked as number 1 of 4) AND

(6 April 2018), AND
- are required to pay tuition fees.
