The Church Universities’ Certificate aims to both prepare and enhance your ability to work in Anglican Schools with a full awareness of their ethos and distinctiveness.
Our course will provide students with the understanding and skills that are relevant for working in an Anglican School. You will explore the link between theory, policy and practice in Church Schools' education, drawing on policy, pedagogy, theology and experience.
This course will prepare students for careers working in Church Schools. The Level 7 Certificate will also provide a seamless pathway into MA or MEd provision at the University of Chester.
This course sits within a Faculty awarded 'Outstanding' by Ofsted for Primary Teacher Education in 2016.
