Teaching and assessment
The LLM is studied by distance learning and is fully assessed by coursework and a dissertation. The distance learning mode involves optional attendance at Leicester De Montfort Law School, for a maximum of ten Saturday study days during the period of study. The course is structured in a way that allows you to exit at one of several points, if desired, each with a postgraduate award.

You will also cover the single market and the free movement of goods within Europe. You will explore the classification and characteristics of personal property rights, examine business responsibility for goods and service and investigate the freedom of contract, public policy and business contracting. You will also examine the state regulation and self-regulation of business and their licensing activity.
