About the course
This programme is intended for non-surveying graduates who are working, or intending to work, in this area of the construction industry. The Building Surveying programme is for those involved in the maintenance, refurbishment, alteration and extension of existing buildings, or in project management and design for public bodies, commercial organisations and professional practice firms.

Scholarships
This scholarship, funded by alumnus Stuart Johnson, is being offered to our MSc Building Surveying, MSc Construction Project Management and MSc Quantity Surveying students.
For the 2015/16 academic year we're offering one scholarship worth £4,000 as a tuition fee discount for a full-time or part-time UK or EU student.

Eligibility
The Scholarships are awarded primarily on academic merit, evidence of an applicants' commitment to their future career and previous practical or academic achievements. The student will be selected by the scholarship panel, whose decision is final. No appeals will be received.
Scholarship applications will only be accepted from students with the following:
- an LSBU offer (conditional or unconditional) of a place on MSc Building Surveying, MSc Construction Project Management or MSc Quantity Surveying
- proof of academic excellence. Qualifications obtained outside the UK will be assessed for equivalency using NARIC
- evidence of having commitment to their future career and previous practical or academic achievement
