What you should know about this course
- You’ll combine study with practical application in a two-year master’s course.
- Our farm-to-fork approach addresses a variety of food safety and quality management issues.
- The course is taught at our Medway Campus in Kent by the award-winning Natural Resources Institute (NRI), with its unique knowledge base and industry experience.
- This two-year course includes an independent research project and a one-year internship.
- You are responsible for securing your placement (with our help). But if this is not completed, you can still graduate with an award without industrial practice.

Entry Requirements
A Bachelor's degree at 2:2 or above (or equivalent) from a recognised university.
Or an equivalent professional qualification in an appropriate science subject.
