Entry Requirements

Applicants normally hold a 2:2 undergraduate honours degree in a relevant science subject area and to include Chemistry including (but not restricted to) Analytical Chemistry, Forensic Science, Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences or Life Sciences.
Applicants with a lower degree classification and / or relevant work experience will be considered on a case by case basis.



Full-time (entire course)

Scottish/EU Students: £5,500
Rest of UK Students: £6,750
International Students: £14,950


Scottish/EU Students:
£2,750 for year 1 and 2

Rest of UK Students:
£3,375 for year 1 and 2

International Students:
£7,475 for year 1 and 2

I found the course really enjoyable and, in particular, the research project over this two and half months in a good friendly laboratory, dealing with new techniques like NMR, MS, FTIR etc and constant support from staff.

All this experience in the lab will really help me for my future job.
