Support your career as a professional performer with Birmingham Conservatoire's post-Masters, Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Performance. Choose one of five specialisms:

Instrumental performance
Vocal Performance
Collaborative Piano
Chamber Music Performance
Opera Repetiteur

Our Advanced Postgraduate Diploma (APD) is at 'post-masters level' and is therefore aimed at postgraduate performers who already have a masters degree and are beginning to accept professional level engagements. The course will help you to raise your performance standards to the next level, with highly specialised one-to-one tuition in the department most relevant to your specialism.

Assessment:

Three major assessments, normally in public performance conditions, plus a Professional Performer's Portfolio.

Visit the AdvPgDip Music (Professional Performance) page on the Birmingham City University website for more details!
