Entry Requirements

A 2:2 or above in a Chemical Engineering undergraduate degree (e.g., Bachelor with Honours), or equivalent bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.

Those applicants seeking to use this MSc, accredited by the IChemE base requirements for chartership must also have an appropriate UG accredited degree.

Applicants without Chemical Engineering will need EITHER a 2:1 classified undergraduate degree in Petroleum, Pharmaceutical, Food, Energy, Water or Nuclear engineering, or Applied Chemistry or Physics or equivalent OR have extensive industrial experience in the Chemical, Food, Pharmaceutical, Water, Energy, Nuclear, or Petroleum industries are considered on an individual basis.

Payment amount & frequency
All students from Nigeria, Kenya and Botswana will be awarded a £5000 scholarship as a fee reduction. All students from Uganda and South Africa will be awarded a £4000 scholarship as a fee reduction. The scholarship will be paid in subsequent years if progressing with an average of 60% or above.
