Why study a Masters in Computer Generated Visual & Audio Effects?

## You will analyse the instrumental techniques used to develop sounds and imagery for a range of electroacoustic and interactive media. This could include mobile apps, gaming and virtual reality, as well as film, television and digital audio broadcasting (DAB). You will acquire advanced understanding of visual and audio computer processes such as CGI (computer-generated imagery), VFX (visual effects) and multitrack sound composition. Other training activities includes computerised 2D and 3D animation, green-screen technology, and sound generation, audio cutting and mixing. Recording of dialogue, live music and live action motion tracking are also a key component. Your experience would make you suited to roles in cartoon animation for commercial practise, sound control for live theatre performance, directing or creative production for film and television, as well as technician roles for radio and live TV.
