Responding to the ever-changing market and new developments is essential for the survival of today's organizations. In the past, change management was a subject only addressed incidentally: once a business had gone through a process of change, it was time for a period of consolidation. Nowadays, change is a crucial and permanent topic for organizations. This creates a need for change experts.
