The Master of Veterinary Studies (Clinical Residency Program) degree at the University of Sydney is designed to equip veterinarians with disciplinary knowledge and applied skills and techniques. Graduates undertake a program to best suit their individual career goals and this will lead to career opportunities in the area of study selected.
The Master of Veterinary Studies (Clinical Residency Program) is the coursework component of the combined MVetStud/MVetClinStud degree, which forms the clinical residency program at the Faculty of Veterinary Science.
This degree is part of a combined degree program and can only be undertaken in combination with the Master of Veterinary Clinical Studies research degree.
These two degrees are undertaken part-time and simultaneously, forming a full-time candidature. Places in this program are only available to postgraduate students who have been offered a place in one of the designated clinical streams after a vacancy has been advertised.
