Why study a Masters in Animal Science?

## Many postgraduate Animal Sciences courses take an interdisciplinary approach to the area, combining methodologies from branches of study like biology, immunology, physiology and genetics. You may also take part in collaborations with people in the agriculture industry, looking at the ways in which you can apply your expertise in a professional context. Another possibility would be to assess the environmental effect of livestock practices, or to look at the relationship between animal behaviour and welfare.
