There are no longer clear distinctions between regional or domestic civil conflicts and issues of global security. Most conflicts have an international dimension, and global insecurity has local as well as international causes and consequences.
Programme under development. . This programme is aimed at students who wish to get an interdisciplinary understanding of individual and organisational involvement in terrorism, coupled with an understanding of national and international approaches to counter-terrorism and countering violent extremism (CVE).
This programme provides dynamic and interdisciplinary analysis into fields of conflict studies and theories and concepts on violence, terrorism studies and international security.
