Programme overview

The Advanced Master in Innovation & Entrepreneurship is a 10 month International Master programme taking place at Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management and MIP Politecnico di Milano, and is taught entirely in English.

The Advanced Master in Innovation & Entrepreneurship is aimed at candidates who want to think and act like entrepreneurs and become innovative leaders.

The course is taught entirely in English and lasts for 12 months starting in September. The programme consists of an autumn term in Milan, a spring term in Brussels and a summer term at one of the two campuses, according to preference.

Programme objectives

These are just a few of the skills which the Master programme aims to develop in candidates:

learning how to develop a new business idea, from concept design to execution.

The course is organised into three-hour blocks of teaching and seminar activities, which are based on specialist reading, research and case studies. Modules are assessed through essays, reports, group work, presentations and examinations.

In the final phase of the course, you will complete a 15,000-word dissertation on a marketing topic of your choice, which will require you to make recommendations for real-life marketing practice. Throughout your dissertation, you will receive support from a supervisor who will help to guide you in your research.

Course structure

Core Track: The Core Track is for candidates with a four-year degree in business or engineering. This rigorous programme lets you run at full throttle to complete the MSCPM in as little as one academic year, plus a four- to six-month internship.

Extended Track: The Extended Track is for candidates with a three-year degree in any field, or a four-year degree in a field other than management or engineering. This option provides you with the knowledge necessary to follow advanced courses in supply chain and purchasing management during the MSCPM programme.

This master’s dissertation (also known as a “thesis” in the US) is both academic and practical, allowing you to showcase what you have learned and how you plan to apply it.

Optional French language courses

While the MSCPM programme is 100% English-taught, you have the option of adding French to your steadily increasing list of qualifications – for work or for fun!

Intensive week for beginners: total duration of 30 hours; total cost of €140 (only available for the September intake; starts about one week before your programme)

Evening classes for beginners: total duration of 15 hours; total cost of €70 (September-December or February-May)

Evening classes for all levels: Audencia’s main campus is situated just across the road from the University of Nantes’ language department.
