Students also develop research, communication, and other professional skills to advance their career objectives. The program is operated by CEU, Lund University (Sweden), the University of Manchester (UK), the University of the Aegean (Greece), the University of Saskatchewan (Canada) and the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey (MIIS) (USA). Designed for students with a three-year bachelor’s or with limited background in gender studies, this program offers students a comprehensive and interdisciplinary approach to gender on both local and global levels. Extending the exposure to major theoretical and methodological approaches to gender studies from a range of disciplines as covered in the one-year MA, students choose the applied track with internship (oriented towards critical approaches to policy and governance) or the research track. In both cases, students write a substantial thesis based on original research.

These innovative and interdisciplinary programs provide students with comprehensive knowledge in the field of mathematics, both pure and applied, focusing on three fundamental areas: algebra, analysis, and probability. The programs benefit from the opportunities offered by the rich local academic environment, including the Alfred Renyi Institute of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (HAS), the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME) and Eotvos Lorand University (ELTE). The one-year program is suitable for students who have completed four years of undergraduate university study, while the two-year program is designed for applicants with a three-year bachelor’s degree.

This program provides students with a foundation in international relations, as well as exposure to questions relating to the study of international security and the global economy. International relations training is combined with regional expertise in the study of the European Union, East Asia, the Middle East and the post-Soviet space. Department of International Relations
