The Master of Science in Control, Audit & Corporate Finance at ESC Clermont in France is a 14 to 18-month master programme taught entirely in English and accredited by the CGE. The programme raises experienced experts with the ability perform financial analysis and reporting, conduct audit missions, assess and control the risk of an activity. Those experts will evaluate corporate performance and put into place the necessary actions to manage and lead the business performance.
Students will be divided into diverse groups carrying out an audit project and mission in a local French company while mentored by professors and members of the company to gain valuable hands-on practical experience.
Students are also able to prepare for the CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) exam thanks to a partnership with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), organization of the Bloomberg Aptitude Test (BAT) in our Campus.
Classes last from October to May, followed by an internship of a minimum of 4 months along with an executive report.
Students can obtain a dual-degree MSc. in Finance from ISCTE University in Portugal by spending an extra semester there.

Internship and Thesis
Each student of the Control, Audit & Corporate Finance Programme will do an internship or a job placement of a minimum of 4 months in France, Europe or any other location abroad.
The internship aims permits the students to bring the knowledge, expertise and tools learned in the classes into practice and obtain further professional experience.
Each student is individually supervised by a designated advisor and completes a professional thesis, followed by an oral defense and company assessment.

The course has a heavily clinically-based nature and is the only course in the UK that provides an integrated postgraduate clinical education.
The course has been designed in close collaboration with General Dental Practitioners (GDPs) to provide flexible, tailored support and will equip you with advanced knowledge and skills to provide more complex care for patients.
Aimed at experienced dental surgeons seeking personal, professional and clinical progression the course will develop your problem solving skills within a patient-focused clinical setting.
Using specially designed Case-Based Learning, you'll be able to relate your learning to a simulated clinical case, thereby embedding your newfound knowledge in a meaningful and useful way.

Managing Dental Aesthetics and the Worn Dentition (20 credits)
Will consider dental appearance and indications for restoration of tooth surface loss.
Refreshing and Refining Skills (60 credits)
The rehearsal of clinical skills will be validated before progression to management of real cases in the clinics of the Dental Institute.
Year two develops higher level skills in more complex and challenging situations.
Oral Medicine and Oral Surgery (20 credits)
Equips you to diagnose and manage more complex oral medical and surgical issues.
Endodontics and Traumatology (20 credits)
To develop and apply a higher level of knowledge in this discipline.
Advanced Periodontology and Restorative Dentistry (20 credits)
Consideration will be given to complex issues in periodontology and restorative dentistry.
Research Methodology and Statistics (10 credits)
Prepare for the final year independent research project with this research skills module.
Developing and Expanding Skills (50 credits)
Applied knowledge gained in case-based learning modules is translated into the clinical setting.
Year three culminates in an original independent research dissertation giving you the opportunity to explore your area of interest in-depth. There is also a Clinical Audit Project where you will be able to choose an area of practice in which you wish to undertake an audit project.
Research dissertation (40 credits)
You will undertake an individual project and so deepen their understanding of the philosophy of research, ethics and ethical approval, good practice and research methodology. You will gain experience of working within research groups with clinical and non-clinical colleagues.
Clinical Audit Project (10 credits)
Discuss how you can improve clinical practice to make a positive difference to your patients. The project includes how to plan an audit, collect different types of data and how to compile, analyse and interpret data and implement change.
Multidisciplinary Management of the Complex Case (20 credits)
This module addresses multi-disciplinary issues such as diagnosis and management of atypical facial pain and temporomandibular joint disorder (TMD).
Dealing with Complexity and Challenge (50 credits)
This module develops more complex skills in challenging situations in a supported environment.
Teaching will take place in small groups as a series of modules covering case based learning platforms and enhanced clinical education at the Leeds Dental Institute.
You will be taught by staff with a wealth of General Dental Practice experience. Learning will be tailored to General Dental Practitioners.

This module focuses on techniques for auditing and managing the amount of energy used in a range of industrial processes. The module will provide an understanding of the strategies and procedures of energy audit and energy asset management. Using case studies throughout, the module will present energy audit, managing energy usage, factors affecting energy efficiency on plant, and cost benefit analysis of introducing alternative strategies and technologies. It will also address the efficient use of other commodities, for example water consumption.
Renewable Energy Technologies
Renewable energy is regarded as an integral part of a sustainable development strategy. This module concentrates on the renewable energy technologies most likely to succeed in the UK and other temperate countries, i.e. solar energy, energy from waste, wind, hydro and biomass. Topics for discussion include: the scale and variability of resources; technologies for exploitation; technical and economic feasibilities; integrated (hybrid) systems.
