The Henrietta Hutton Research Grant is a £500 award offered annually by the Royal Geographical Society to undergraduate and postgraduate Geography students to fund overseas field research. Applicants must be undertaking an independent field research project, or conducting independent research as part of a wider expedition.

Up to three grants are awarded annually, and the applications close on 3 February each year. You’ll need to submit a completed application form along with a one-page CV and two references.
