how to title a research

please am finding it difficult to give a tittle to my research topic
but i have all the facts.
i wish to research on rice projects, conception and implementation.

You can keep it simple at first - 'investigating rice projects - conception and implementation' and change it when your work is more developed.

'A critical assessment of the conception and implementation of rice projects'.. tbh - I'd change it to be a bit more descriptive of what you are researching but this is for starters :)

You can try minimalistic titles like- Rice Projects: Conception & Implementation
