Hi all, I was just wondering if Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University a good place to get a master's of science from. I a graduate form the American University in Cairo, Egypt and want to eventually do a PhD and become an instructor. So I wanted to ask if I get a masters degree from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University, will it be strong enough so I can get accepted into a later PhD program?

The university you get your degree from is irrelevant to your chances of being accepted into a PhD program unless it is a university with a particularly bad reputation.
