Hi all,

I am about to start a part-time online Masters module and was wondering if anyone has any advice about studying when you have health issues.

I have a few problems, but the ones that I think will cause me the most trouble are mental fatigue and brain fog. I often find it really hard to focus my eyes on materials, especially on a screen, and thinking about anything complicated can feel like wading through marmalade.

I love learning and put off my postgraduate studies for a couple of years in the hope my health would improve, and when it didn't, I decided that it probably didn't matter how long I waited.

I am in touch with the disability support team at the university and am waiting to hear back from them about alternative material formats, like printed copies of online resources, and audiobooks.

If there is anyone out there who has experienced this sort of thing, I would be so happy to hear from you :)

Sarah
